Shipping Policy:

We are not responsible for any delivery delays due to weather, undeliverable addresses, incorrect contact information or mishandling by USPS. This includes First Class, Priority and Express mail.

We are not liable for any returns due to incorrect address, insufficient address, refused, return to sender or undeliverable addresses. We have the right to charge any additional fee for any reshipments. Customers are responsible for inputting the correct shipping and billing information. Once orders has been made, we are unable to change any information including the order. 

**If there is a problem with your tracking number or package delivery, please contact the courier directly prior to contacting us.

 

United States:

Shipping cost for orders under $25 have a flat rate of $2.99 for the United States.

Expedited  (2-3 business days) Varies Based On Weight

 

**For customers in the U.A.E, a P.O. box must be entered into the address. We cannot deliver to address without P.O. boxes and will not be liable for any returned or delayed shipments.

 

Signature Confirmation is required with any orders over $50 in the United States.

 

International Shipping:

We offer world wide shipping services provided by USPS. International First Class Package Mail order delivery time 7-21 days. Lash Kitty is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen. Please be sure to check the customs and duties in your country to ensure you receive your order.

Order Cancellation:

Orders are quick to ship and are already in process when you received an order confirmation through email. At this point, orders may not be changed or cancelled.

Once you received your package, you may send back the unopened package back and as soon as we received it; we will process a refund.
